Our very first litter under the Sylvestris et Salix kennel name will always hold a special place in our hearts.
When we planned this breeding, our priority was never to produce simply beautiful puppies. Our dream was to preserve and strengthen what we believe matters most in the White Swiss Shepherd: stable temperaments, sound structure, excellent health, versatility and dogs that are genuine companions in every aspect of life.
Looking at these six little puppies, we honestly couldn't be prouder. From the very beginning, they have approached the world with remarkable confidence and curiosity. New environments, unusual surfaces, novel objects and daily challenges have been met with wagging tails, bright eyes and an eagerness to explore. Each puppy has developed into a unique individual while sharing the same open, resilient and joyful outlook on life that we hoped to preserve through this combination. As they continue to grow, they are also developing into beautifully balanced young White Swiss Shepherds with promising anatomy, effortless movement and harmonious proportions - something that feels like a wonderful bonus alongside the temperaments we value above everything else.
This litter represents far more than the beginning of our kennel. It represents the breeding philosophy we hope to carry forward for many years to come.
